The LREC 2018 Organizing Committee has negotiated and secured accommodations in the Seagaia Phoenix Resort. Hotel rooms at special LREC rates are available at the Sheraton Grande on the conference site and shareable appartments can be booked in the Luxze Hitotsuba and Cottage Himuka in the vicinity of the conference site (10 mn by bus or 15-20mn by bike).

2. Other business hotels in Downtown Miyazaki
The following hotels can be booked directly. There is no special rate for the LREC participants.
The Phoenix Seagaia Resort is connected to Miyazaki Downtown by city buses which run on a regular basis all day. The organizing and local committees are working with the local authorities on adjusting the bus service timetable to LREC schedule.
For the hotels located close to the JR Miyazaki Station, the bus ride to the Conference place will take approximately 25mn and cost around ¥500 (a taxi would be ¥2,000).

NB: Please be aware that the rooms in the business hotels above are very compact, this should be taken into account especially if you plan to share a room.
