Workshop Proceedings and Templates

DEADLINE: March 9, 2018

This section is dedicated to the Workshop Proceedings. Three sets of files should be sent to lrec@lrec-conf.org, as explained in the notebook below:

1. Workshop Proceedings Online: The Proceedings site for each workshop is produced by the ELDA team from the files provided by each workshop organizer.

2. Workshop Book of Abstracts (PDF): The BoA is produced as usual using the templates provided as Word and as LaTeX formats and available on the column on the right.

3. Workshop Proceedings (PDF): The Workshop Proceedings as a PDF is produced as usual using the templates provided as Word and as LaTeX formats and available on the column on the right.

All questions should be sent to lrec@lrec-conf.org

 

ELDA will produce the Workshop Online Proceedings.

Four (4) files MUST be sent to lrec@lrec-conf.org by March 9, 2018 as a zip file LREC 2018  TITLE OF THE WORSKHOP

The following files are needed for generating the Workshop Online Proceedings:

  1. an Excel dump of the START conference submission system (see template start_test.xlsx).
  2. the zip archive of all accepted PDF papers
  3. an Excel file stating the schedule of the oral sessions, structured as the example file  oral_test.xlsx.
  4. an Excel file stating the schedule of the poster sessions, structured as the example file  poster_test.xlsx.  If you don't have any poster session, this file should not be provided.

 

Please note that the fields in italics are optional.

 

A Book of Abstracts MUST be produced for each workshop and sent as a PDF to lrec@lrec-conf.org by March 9, 2018 as LREC 2018 ABSTRACTS - TITLE OF THE WORSKHOP
 
You should provide the pages you will find in the attached template, using the titles which are given there (in font Times New Roman, 18 pts) and inserting the appropriate content (in this case using font Times New Roman, 12 pts).

After these preliminary pages, you should put the abstracts of all articles presented during your Workshop.

IMPORTANT:

  • pages MUST NOT be numbered
  • the text that you will find in italics and between brackets is given as an example or is simply a comment/explanation.

 

Please carefully check the material before sending it! the content of the abstracts will not be further checked on our side but simply included in the overall Workshops "Book of Abstracts".

 

Workshop Proceedings MUST be produced for each workshop and sent as a PDF to lrec@lrec-conf.org by March 9, 2018 as LREC 2018 PROCEEDINGS - TITLE OF THE WORSKHOP


You should provide the introductory pages you find in the attached template, using the titles which are given there (in font Times New Roman, 18 pts) and inserting the appropriate content (in this case using font Times New Roman, 12 pts). After these preliminary pages, you should put all the articles of your Workshop.

IMPORTANT:

  • pages MUST  be numbered in Roman numerals for the pages of the model and in Arabic numerals from the first paper onwards
  • the text that you will find in italics and between brackets is given as an example or is simply a comment/explanation.
  • articles should be conformant to the guidelines provided for final papers of the main conference, which you will find at http://lrec2016.lrec-conf.org/en/submission/authors-kit/, with the only exception of the length which does not have to be compulsorily up to a maximum of 8 pages.
     

Please carefully check  the material before sending, there will be no further checkings on our side!

Important Dates

  • 2 October 2017: Submission of proposals for oral and poster papers
  • 2 October 2017: Submission of proposals for panels, workshops and tutorials
  • 25 October 2017: Notification of acceptance of workshops and tutorials
  • 20 December 2017: Notification of acceptance of conference papers
  • 22 February 2018: Final Submission of accepted papers
  • 9 March 2018: Submission of workshop proceedings
  • 7-8 May 2018: Pre-conference Workshops & Tutorials
  • 9-10-11 May 2018: Main Conference
  • 12 May 2018: Workshops & Tutorials
