Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception is taking place on Wednesday 9, May 2018 in the gardens of the Miyazaki Shrine. At this time of the year, the evenings can still be chilly, so make sure to bring a warm sweater.

Service will begin at 7:30 pm and end around 9:30 pm.

All LREC 2018 participants are invited to the Welcome Reception. There is no invitation card, all badge holders are welcome!

Shuttle service (free of charge):

• From Seagaia Conference Center to the Miyazaki Shrine: 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm.
• From Miyazaki Shrine to Sheraton and to Miyazaki City centre: from 9:30 pm
  

For those who would like to go on their own, ask the taxi driver to take you to Miyazaki Shrine (or 宮崎神宮, Miyazaki Jingū), or ask your hotel how to reach the Shrine using the public transportation.
